For unwanted items:
If you want to return your item, please contact our store first to establish a return ticket, then return any items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, that the items must be in its original condition and/or unopened. We cannot accept returns of purchases of sealed items, such as software products, if the item has been unsealed. When we receive back the items, we will issue you a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the unwanted items, but that the total purchase will be refunded in line with EU Refund Rights Law.
Damaged or incorrectly sent items:
Return any items if it has been damaged or incorrectly sent by addressing to the returns address after contacting our store for return ticket. When we receive back the items, we will issue you a full refund including the cost of returning the item. Please outline the damage or delivery error in writing on the order summary included with the return so that we can approve a refund of your return costs in line with EU Refund Rights Law.
How to return your items:
To successfully return an item simply describe the reason for return; unwanted, damaged as described, incorrect as described in writing on the order summary and return to our original shipping address.
